Mark your calendar for 2nd annual KidsPeace wine tasting, networking event
RICHMOND, VA. – KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs in Richmond, Va., invites you to a fun evening of wine tasting and networking at Total Wine and More.
EVENT: 2nd annual wine tasting and networking event
DATE: 5 to 8 p.m., Wed., Sept. 26
PLACE: Total Wine and More, 10036 Robious Rd. Richmond, VA 23235
The event is a fundraiser, and 30 percent of all wine sales will go directly to the KEYS (KidsPeace Empowering Youth to Succeed) program. Many children age out of foster care without ever finding a permanent home, so KEYS was designed to help these youth transition to independent living by teaching skills such as how to open a bank account, fill out a job application or go on a successful interview. Learn more about the program on the foster care portion of our website.
For more information on the event, call Manny Ortiz or Jess Mendez at 804-594-7214.
