KidsPeace/Orchard Behavioral Health Drug and Alcohol program serves clients ages 13-65 and is designed to treat individuals with a substance use disorder through an integrative model of care that is evidence-based, in which their recovery needs can be addressed through a specialized treatment team of professionals.
The program provides DUI assessments, Level of Care assessments, traditional D&A outpatient and intensive outpatient under the evidence-based Matrix Model. The Matrix Model is a highly structured, time-limited treatment that includes aspects of multiple therapeutic styles and psychological orientations – including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, behaviorism, family therapy, group therapy and the 12-step approach. This personalized approach has been shown to be effective in helping clients overcome the multiple challenges of their dual diagnosis, and use of the Matrix Model is supported by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)
Adults are treated through the associated programs of Orchard Behavioral Health .
