KidsPeace teaches LSCI to all staff members who have direct contact with adolescents of the KidsPeace Academy at Orchard Hills. Each residential house also follows the Sanctuary Model® residential intervention philosophy as the basis of treatment and community to address the traumas that the kids in our care have suffered.
2008 KidsPeace customer satisfaction survey - KidsPeace has an excellent reputation, and customer satisfaction is high. In fact, as reported in our "2009 Outcomes/Annual Report," our 2008 surveys found that:
• 93% would recommend KidsPeace.
• 93% said they will continue to use KidsPeace.
• 96% said their client or client’s guardian reported being satisfied overall with treatment received at KidsPeace.
• 96% said they were satisfied overall with KidsPeace.
Our customers include all of the public and private referral sources that entrust KidsPeace with the care of students assigned to their agencies. We take this responsibility very seriously and maintain an open dialogue with our customers to ensure that we are meeting their expectations. Additionally, we survey our customers every year to determine their satisfaction with KidsPeace and how likely they are to refer to us again and recommend us to others. In 2008, the overall satisfaction rate with KidsPeace was 96%.
