Evening of food, wine pairings at Corked to benefit KidsPeace
The Lehigh Valley Board of Associates is presenting the June 11 fundraiser in Bethlehem
BETHLEHEM – The KidsPeace Lehigh Valley Board of Associates invites you to a sophisticated evening of food and wine pairings and live jazz music at Corked Wine Bar and Steak House.
Tickets are on sale now for the event, planned for 5 to 8 p.m., Wed., June 11, at the restaurant at 515 Main St., Bethlehem. Individual tickets are $100, and sponsorship opportunities range from $400 to $2,000. All proceeds from the event benefit the KidsPeace Children’s Fund, which is used to address areas of greatest need within the organization’s programs for children and teenagers. Each ticket entitles the participant to a full array of wine and food pairings from Corked’s menu, which includes delicacies such as Guinness-braised short ribs and wasabi pea-crusted salmon.
