KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs hosts
4th annual golf tournament to benefit Children’s Fund
PALENVILLE, N.Y. – Take a swing at helping children in need at the Fourth Annual KidsPeace Foster Care and Community Programs Golf Tournament on Sept. 28.
The event kicks off at 11 a.m. at Rip Van Winkle Country Club in Palenville. The cost is $90 per player and includes lunch, a dinner banquet, green fees, a cart, beer, water and soda. Teams of four that pre-register and pre-pay receive a $10 discount per golfer. The cost to attend just the dinner is $30.
This year’s event includes a raffle, with prizes from local businesses that include restaurant gift certificates, wine baskets and gym memberships, and a live auction with a Skip Barber racing package valued at $1,000.

All proceeds support the KidsPeace Children’s Fund, which helps support recreational activities to build self esteem and inner strength; teach independent living skills and provide other everyday necessities for children in our care.
