KidsPeace Celebrates 130 Years
Brings Hope, Help & Healing to Children, Families & Communities
SCHNECKSVILLE, Pa. – KidsPeace is 130 years old, and in honor of this major milestone, we’re celebrating with cake, candles and coffee to mark the official organization-wide recognition of our 130th anniversary.
Since 1882, KidsPeace has brought hope, help and healing to children, families and communities. Each local office and treatment center will open its doors to the community on this special day to reflect on our past and strive toward the next 130 years working to help our local communities. Throughout the year, KidsPeace associates and community stakeholders have been participating in events to commemorate our long and rich history of helping children and families. Oct. 19 represents the culmination of those events and an opportunity for the community to join in the celebration.
Visit www.kidspeace.org to find your local KidsPeace office or treatment center. For general inquiries, please call Patrick Slattery, Director of Development, at 610-799-8326.
After the event, be sure to check out our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/kidspeace.org or follow us on Twitter @KidsPeace to see photos from the various celebrations.
